NEW - BLACK SILK FF GOWN: Exquisite black silk 2 piece french fashion gown fashioned from antique gowns. Constructed of black silk brocade silk with silk and antique black jet bead trim. The jacket is fully lined in dark brown cotton. There is some shredding on the left front of jacket but on the doll it is hardly noticeable because the fabric is so dark. The skirt has a front panel of ruched taffeta and is edged in jet bead trim. The rest of the skirt is composed of silk. The gown is both machine and hand sewn. Because it is antique fabric there are some minor areas throughout the dress showing stress particularly at fitted seams.
